My adverts were intended to attract the target audience of the ages 16 - 25, from Essex. The target audience was successfully represented in these adverts, as both of the models are from the age range. Another way that the target audience is successfully represented is that both of the models are from Essex. The stereotype of Essex is very subtle, this was done so no one would be offended. Also negative regional stereotypes are not played upon, because this could repel the target audience. However, the Essex dialect is played upon with the line "oye oye saveloy" being placed on a saveloy, this also an idea that I had from the mock designs. The adverts were also intended to relate to food. This criteria is successfully met, as 3 out of 4 of the adverts feature food. Also, the fact that Yourfood is a delivery service is reflected in the first advert, as the food is being ordered via phone. One thing that was stated in my statement of intent was the fact that the logo would be placed in one of the corners, so the meaning of the advert was not disturbed. This eventually also happened in my final adverts.
